Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the “Conditions of Use”) that regulate access,
navigation and use of the website located at the URL
https://www.lockingijonplaya.com (hereinafter, “The website”), is property of
Borja Fernández Pérez (hereinafter “Lock in Gijón Playa”).

Lock in Gijón Playa is a smart
lockers store that offers users a safe place to leave their belongings. The
possibility of renting child mobility systems is also offered. Reservation
periods are established based on calendar days, excluding the possibility of
making reservations for periods of 24 hours.

Size L: €10/day
XL size: €14/day
Baby Stroller rental: €12/day
XXL stroller rental: €12/day
In the case of mobility rental,
a deposit of €50 will be charged in the same way to cover possible damages from
misuse of the equipment. If the equipment is returned in the same conditions as
it was contracted, the deposit is returned within a period of time. 72-96h.

blockage or breakdown, users have the telephone number +34 624 144 158 and/or
the email address lockingijonplaya@gmail.com available.
The booking process is as follows:
1. Go to
www.lockingijonplaya.com or scan the QR code.
2. Choose the service, date and
duration. Make the booking.
3. Use the code we sent you to
the email to access the premises and open the ticket office during the reserved
time.
Payment procedures through the
website located at the URL https://www.lockingijonplaya.com/
will be by VISA, MAESTRO or MATERCAR card.
The contract may be formalized
only in Spanish.
The RRP includes VAT.
Limits on the
use of locker:
1. The use of the lockers must
be to deposit goods belonging to the user who makes the booking.
2. No illegal purpose or means
will be authorized through the use of the locker.
3. The introduction of food or
objects that produce odor is not permitted in the lockers.
4. If the locker is used to deposit
goods that must be collected by a third party, the user who made the contract
will be responsible for any event that may occur.
5. The user may not remain in
the premises longer than necessary to deposit or remove their belongings.
6. It is not allowed to
introduce special goods, with the user being responsible for said action.
7. It is not allowed to take
any type of photography or video of the security devices.
User liability
in case of non-compliance with their obligations
The user must compensate Lock
in Gijón Playa for damages resulting from failure to comply with the relevant
obligations in this contract.
Non-compliance
with rental deadlines
The user must empty the locker
before the expiration date of the requested rental period. Otherwise, Lock in
Gijón Playa will be authorized to access the lockers in order to release them
and allow other users to use them.
Lock in Gijón Playa will try to
contact the user who has failed to comply with the rental period in order to
return the packages, with the user having to pay the price of the daily service
for each of the days of delay. Lock in Gijón Playa will temporarily store the
packages until fifteen days have passed without having been able to contact the
User. It will be understood that the goods have been abandoned by the User for
all purposes. If necessary, Lock in Gijón Playa will stop keeping them, giving
them the exit it deems appropriate.
Responsibility
Lock in Gijón Playa is
responsible for the transactions. The security applied is SSL (https://Lockingijónplaya.com).
The data is entered on a secure page.
Access and
reservation
In order to contract the
locker/mobility rental, it is essential to truthfully and accurately complete
the fields indicated in the form in the reservations section, as well as accept
these general conditions of contracting the service.
Once the contract is completed,
the user will receive an access code to the premises and the locker.
Hiring,
Modification or Cancellation
At Lock in Gijón Playa we wish
you satisfaction with your hiring. Therefore, we provide you with the option to
cancel it (withdrawal). The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be
carried out 24 hours in advance of the date on which the reserved service
begins. You must notify us, through email lockingijonplaya@gmail.com, of your
decision to withdraw.
It is possible to modify the
reservation at least 24 hours in advance. The modification will depend on the
availability of lockers at that time. The current reservation should be
canceled and a new reservation made.
Cancellation must be made 24
hours before the reserved service begins; after this time it will not be
possible to cancel. If any user has any questions about the cancellation
policy, or any comments, they can write to lockingijonplaya@gmail.com.
The refund of the purchase
amount will be made once the status of the contract has been verified, through
the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, within a
maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the withdrawal
request. The expenses derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will
be borne by the buyer.
Delivery
policy
The delivery of the security
code to open the door and the locker will be done by email.
Inappropriate
use of locker
Lock in Gijón Playa reserves
the right to remove any object that does not comply with the regulations and is
authorized to call the police and report the behavior. The User is responsible
for all those objects in the storage room that he or she has reserved. In any
case, the removal of prohibited packages will entail a penalty of 200 euros.
Damage caused
to the lockers
The user will be responsible
for any damage caused to the lockers. The user must not only pay for the
physical damage caused to the lockers, but also for future losses that he may
cause for each day that it is unusable. The cost of repair or replacement is
established at an amount of €1,500 per locker.
Payment of
penalties
The penalties must be paid by
the user by bank transfer to the account indicated by Lock in Gijón Playa.
Obligations of
Lock in Gijón Playa
Lock in Gijón
Playa undertakes to resolve any incident that may arise in the use of the
lockers.
Limit of
liability of Lock in Gijón Playa
Lock in Gijón
Playa is not responsible for the custody of the packages. The user is solely
responsible for the goods
included in the rented lockers. Notwithstanding the above, in the event of a
catastrophe, Lock in Gijón Playa has signed an insurance contract in favor of
Users that covers losses due to theft up to a maximum of €200 per locker. This
insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals,
watches, plasma screens and in general technological objects (LCD, GPS
navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory
cards or any other media containing data or images.
Claims
If the User considers that they
have grounds to file a complaint, they may do so by sending an email to the

At Lock in Gijón Playa we will
try to solve the incident and find a satisfactory solution for the parties.
Applicable law
and jurisdiction
These general conditions are
ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit to Spanish jurisdiction to resolve
any controversy that may arise in relation to this Contract.
